Orders of $20.00 or more are FREE SHIPPING So the more items you purchase, the more money you save on your shipping total.
In most cases we will do our best to have your items shipped out to you in 48 hours from the time you place an order. Please allow 10 to 14 days to receive your items. In most cases your item will arrive before then, usually 7 to 10 days but we ask for the extra grace period due to shipping delays beyond our control.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need to return an item, please contact us first for RMA number. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any items returned without an RMA number will be returned to sender and customer will incur the shipping charges.

BROKEN & DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and let us know the damage details. Then we can work out a replacement or return of such item.
Please be aware of the items packaging, if the package appears to be damaged or crushed upon arrival a claim should be filed with the shipping company. Please notify the delivery person of such noted damage.
